Simply install the Amazon Appstore from the Microsoft Store. This will not only install it, but enable the Windows Subsystem for Android (if you have not already done so).

I can view my Blink cameras on my computer, but that's because I have an M1-based Mac, and Blink didn't deny the ability to run their iOS app (as Amazon did with the Alexa app). Currently the only way to run the Blink app on Windows is via an Android emulator.
February 1, 2022 at 6:33 AM. @Orvis. Blink has no app for computers. They only offer apps for Android, iOS, and Fire tablets. You may be able to run the Android Blink app on a Windows PC using an Android emulator, such as Bluestacks.

M-series based Mac can install and use the iOS app. Windows 11 computers can install the Amazon Appstore (which activates the Windows Subsystem for Android) and install and run the Blink app from there. I use both of these methods personally.
Blink app is not available as of now as a PC app for Windows or Mac OS. You may see Blink extensions on the web but they are not official and you may see problems. I use my Windows computer to monitor/control Blink all the time ... I simply downloaded an Android emulator. The emulator I use is called BlueStacks App Player (it's intended for gaming, but works fine for Blink.)The App is memory hungry and didn't work so well on my old 2012 Win 8.1 machine, but works fine on my Win10 laptop and my new Win11 deskside that has lots of memo

If you want to stick with Windows 10, you'll need to install an Android emulator (such as Bluestacks) and run the Android Blink app under that. For Windows 11 you can install the Amazon Appstore from the Microsoft store (which activates the Windows Subsystem for Android), and then install the Blink app from the Amazon Appstore.
For that, one needs to resort to an Android emulator, just as on Windows.
