I'm using a 16inch mini led m1 MacBook pro and a 12.9inch miniled iPad pro, the MacBook is fine to my eyes , but using the iPad always make my eye tired and dry, I had to set reduce white point to 50% or less and enable reduce motion to lock in 60hz, anybody has the same experience?
I eventually got used to the iPhone 11 Pro Max screen. I’d say it took about 10 days minimum for my eyes to get situated and that’s when the headaches disappeared. I stopped using the blue light filter glasses after the first week. If you still like your 11 pro and in the Apple ecosystem, I’d keep it.

1. Nov 19, 2020. #6. Yes, I am having the same eye strain issue! Just received the new MBA M1 yesterday and not long after using it noticed a significant amount of eye fatigue. Also feeling as though my eyes need to refocus often when looking around different areas of the screen and graphics.
To make iPhone 11 easier on your eyes, try several things that helped me a lot: - Turn the True Tone on; - Enable Reduce the White Point in Accessibility section (I have mine set to 50%); - Under Face ID & code, turn off the Attention features for Face ID (the most likely culprit for your headaches and eye dryness).
Yeah okay but how does a “normal person” know that a white light on the Meta glasses means recording? And what about red, Blue, green etc. It does feel a bit like complaining just for the sake of it. Now white isn't clear, and if they had chosen a different color, someone else would have disagreed.
I am very myopic and need glasses to see a TV. I usually watch a show in bed on my iPad without my glasses to fall asleep to. I know, I know the blue light is not conducive to sleep but I have mine changed to night mode and the warm setting.
Even so, that soap is not 100% the same with different brands. They can put other crap in the ingredient list. After years of cleaning (and within a week, my glasses are always awful), for sure the ZEISS coating that blocks blue light is not as effective.
