You will get off the Metro North train on an elevated platform at 125th Street (and Park Ave). You will then go down the stairs through the station onto 125th. You will then have to walk east one block to Lexington Ave to the subway which is underground. You can take the 4, 5 or 6 trains downtown to 59th St. and Lexington Ave. and walk from there.
