I attempted to sign up for Xfinity's internet on September 24th, and kept getting logged out whenever I tried to check my account. I waited 5 days with no confirmation email, and got one telling me to complete my order. I followed the advice of another. From my laptop, I signed into Xfinity (Comcast) email. Once logged in, I clicked on the gear icon (upper right). I selected "Settings" and then selected "Security." Then, I allowed 3rd Party Apps to have access. Once I did that, I was able to sign on for my email on my Samsung Android phone. I hope that helps.
