Are you enrolled in the insider program? You might have to unenroll, then factory reset, and try the update again. Or try connecting to a different network, like using a phone as a hotspot just to update the xbox. I remember having this issue too on my Xbox one, just have to keep trying different things.

As a 2nd console to compliment a PS4 / PC then the WiiU decisively wins. However, if I could only have one device to game on out of the two as my main platform for that generation then the Xbox One wins decisively. The value of the Xbox One is lessened due to the fact the PS4 exists.

Oct 3, 2016. #24. Up. For the few that might be interested, I have received the adapter. And tried using my SLS USB Sega Saturn controller on my Xbox One. It does not work, it looks like the adapter is sending the "Up" input (or maybe whatever other button) that brings me back to the top of the dashboard.
the guy who does the whitelistings also provides a well made basic config file for both Xbox One and Series consoles (although some stuff isn't set up optimally. for example you should set the analog sensitivity in the input settings to 1.2 because some PS2 games will need that to function properly)
