I tried calling 800 345 7669 for help with my PSN but they're saying it's closed. Also tried the bot and it said customer service opens at 8am. It's almost 10am. Edit: Also I'm asking because another guy was able to get into contact but me no avail. Live Chat Opens at 8am PT, so there is still ~1hr until they open.
You know it's funny is today PlayStation support was supposed to be open but funny thing is they're closed on Mondays and on top of it you can't get a refund through the support page honestly I'm not surprised that microsoft/xbox is actually doing better than PlayStation is. Before Christmas, I woke up around 3-4am to three separate receipt emails from psn for 2 years and 3 months worth of memberships. So as soon as I could call the support line in the morning I tried to reach out to the support line and was hung up on multiple times for high call volumes and was not able to make contact with support.

slightly over 30 days ago I contacted the support of playstation and got them to delete my PSN account. I then got an e-mail confirming my request and I was told that it would take 30 days until the deletion progress would be complete. Fast forward 31 days and I tried to create a new account with said e-mail.
