No, but there are different links to support in different countries. PlayStation Support is the one you need. Bottom right, click online assistant. If it's giving you a "Back so soon" message then switch to a different browser and try again. Or google Playstation support USA number and call them.

How did you get through to support mate? I'm trying to get a refund and it is impossible to connect on the live chat. The chat bot is making me want to smash my laptop screen to pieces. Constantly says it can't connect even though it says the working hours are 10am to 6pm in the UK.
December 27, 2022, having the same problem. Except i found their support page. They have only one option: live chat support. And it's recommended. No other support numbers or emails available on their website. The Live Chat Support page doesn't load. Buggy as hell.
Unsure if they were telling the truth, but I was in a chat with a Playstation expert on the support site and asked for a phone number & email for the official Playstation support. They claimed Playstation support doesn't have a phone number, and didn't provide me with a email either for them.
