I have never faulted Chase, or any other financial institution. The last Chase credit card I opened was about 2 months ago. I have a business account (I have two Ink credit cards) with my personal accounts included, and I also have a separate personal Chase account. I was logged into the separate personal account when this happened.
Then a few weeks later call to make sure they know to close it. Most of the time the 0 balance auto-closes the account. Write a check to your new account. When it clears the account to zero call Chase bank to close the account at a zero balance.
For whoever still dealing with this issue, you dont need to call the bank. Its an easy fix. On the Chase app, go to Profile & Settings -> Settings -> account settings -> manage linked accounts -> show my accounts -> click to link the account -> exit the app and then log in again, you will see the account shows up. 1. Same to me. Just opened a account so I could add on their first banking account for minors. I made a 2k deposit of a cashier's check in my minor child's name. I endorsed as his parent and the money showed available couple days later. In meantime waiting for my debit cards,I was adding on external accounts. I tried to link my coinbase to it.

If you're running into this problem, you might want to log in to your account via the "forgot password" thing and see if there's a place where you need to authorize Chase to have permission to use your phone number for 2FA. I tried looking around for it and couldn't find anything like that, but the option could be there.
When you log in to the site on a browser, go to the Security & privacy tab. In the bottom left, there will be a section titled Resources with the option "Add extra security when you sign in using a browser." Click on that, and there will be sliders for "Use 2-Step verification every time you sign in on a browser" and "Receive one-time codes by ...
You have to be the primary to see it. Login must matches up with your name (is your name the same on all accounts) & your SSN too so if its your card there maybe a typo, call cust service # on back of card they can fix that issue. It appears whenever my card application is approved.
You just have multiple profiles and it’s a 2 minute fix with any branch banker. Or login to your deposit account profile, go to Profile and Settings, Account Settings, Manage Linked Accounts. That will usually drag in any account with your social attached to it (although on a loan it would be primary). I just got an auto loan through Chase. I ...
