As promised some time ago with the initial Fabric releases of Lithium and Phosphor, these mods are now available on the Forge platform through the use of a dependency mod, MixinBootstrap. These mods both focus on being transparent, zero-compromise optimization mods which work to make the base game significantly faster in 1.14/1.15+ without ...

  6. Tip: Fabric+Lithium may provide better performance than Paper

    www.reddit.com/r/admincraft/comments/ihb4rb/tip_fabriclithium_may_provide...

Fabric+lithium(+phosphor) don’t break redstone, wheras paper does. Some plugins can easily be rewritten for fabric, as I have found out trying to make a mod similar to coreprotect. Fabric updates much faster, and mods can also be updated before a release by recompiling them for the latest version of fabric.

    5. Sort by: Add a Comment. alakeybrayn. • 2 yr. ago. Sodium yes, Lithium probably not. Sodium works exclusively client side so you dont need it on servers anyway, but Lithium optimizes stuff like spawning, pathfinding and other ticking AI tasks, so having it on your client will only help in singleplayer. For recommendations you can check out ...

That being said, being able to receive game updates rather quickly is also quite important, as I'd love my players to experience 1.16 when it comes out as soon as possible. PaperMC has a daily update schedule, and is very quick at keeping up with major updates, where FabricMC is a lot more complex and also being bottlenecked by the Lithium mod ...

    www.reddit.com/.../comments/o9sm7w/minecraft_versus_optifine_vs_phosphor_lithium

Sodium/Lithium/Phosphor but with Fog occlusion disabled: 32fps Optifine: 0fps (it was running, but it took multiple seconds to render a frame). I still do not understand why optifine's performance had such a regression, but the results were reproducible across restarts of both MC and my laptop as well as lower render distances and more normal ...
