ofc, i'd recommend you to first install IOBIt uninstaller, to UNinstall the capcut from your PC. it deletes every file related to that particular install. restart ur PC. then download the exe from FileCR. and install it. if ur from a country where capcut is supported then VPN is not needed. and i'd recomend to test the pro features first ...

If you're in CapCut, on the right side of the screen in the Details section you can see the exact location where it's saved in the "Saved" section. I haven't tried it out, but I assume if you copy that folder and paste it into a different computer's CapCut Drafts folder, you would ideally be able to edit the project on that computer now.
I've used CapCut Mobile version. Now I want to edit videos on my Windows laptop using CapCut. I've downloaded and installed the Windows desktop version. But I see that there's also the CapCut Online Editor. Can someone explain why I would use one or the other? Thanks very much for any help.
I dont know why but it had me.. I guess advertising and hype works., so I rushed to download capcut installed it on pc and then a before I even edited something, just looked at the workspace ( which is made nicely) My common sense got back in, and I typed "who owns cap cut" and then it showed - byedance - same comapny of tiktok .
CapCut is working on implementing the cloud feature on CapCut, I think not all phones have access to it yet. When the update is ready for your phone, you should be able to see the cloud feature, which allow you to back up up your projects to 512mb for free or purchase additional storage space, and you can access to them when you login to your account on a different device, assuming cloud ...
I think Capcut is the best software to edit quick videos right now but there are some...problems that really get me on my nerves on PC. I can't upload media too big...so I can't create HQ videos. Since it needs to upload to the server I'm always fighting with the storage or waiting for the upload to complete or process or whatever the f it's doing.
In short, Capcut caps out at "intermediate" level editing tools. Premiere or other big tools will have more advanced tools and effects in terms of color editing, audio editing, etc. Capcut simply does less. It may do everything you need it to do, but it still lacks features. For a basic edit or one with a few extra effects, Capcut will work.
66 votes, 54 comments. true. same here. it's been like this for three weeks for me now. some edits are fine, some just lag too much and i can't edit them without getting all heated up and wanting to smash my phone into the wall (p. s. my phone is 9 months old, huawei p30 pro for anyone who might want to know as someone had asked for that information before).
I also wanted to do the same so I found out how to do it, hover over upload then a drop-down menu will appear with the text "Mobile phone" Click it then scan the QR code.
