Yep I have windows 10, and Google Earth Pro does not seem to be compatible with my Windows operating system. Google should have left the operating system Google Earth alone and upgraded it. Not develop a system that has many issues.....

S mode in Windows 10 I purchased a new laptop in December. Since then I have tried multiple times to switch out of S mode so I can download Google Chrome and Google Earth Pro (both of which I need).
When trying to download "Free Google Earth" on windows 10 , I get msg. that drive needs several updates and when I try to update drive they ask for money to do so. Why is the add stating: FREE download but in actuality it is not free? I had Free Google Earth on Windows 8.1 but now cannot access it after installing Windows 10.

Google Earth Pro has worked in the past, but not working today at all. Please try not to be too technical in your answer, as I am not familiar with a lot of tech stuff. This thread is locked.
I’ve tried to download it a few different ways and get different problems. One way when i try to download it, it works but when I open it, it jusy opens a paint canvas screen and not google earth. the other way is when I download the v.7.3.2 for Windows (64-bit) version, it will show up on my desk top but the blue and orange security shield is over it and i cant open it
