They might have pulled the plug on the chat altogether now. I click "chat now" and an empty white box shows up in a popup window. Never loads any chat. Multiple browsers same thing. Haven't tried the app or mobile yet but scAmazon's getting painfully obvious with this.

About a month later I see a charge on my credit card for $135.03 from Amazon. It’s for the speakers. I chat with support the guy tells me he sees the charge but not to worry because it’s only pending and he’d cancel it for me. I spend a couple days watching to see if the charge goes from pending to posted. It gets posted.
TOTAL copy paste with every return/refund I've had to undergo in the past 2-3 months. One took up half the original chat with a dozen of those. Too funny I actually did lol. I'd ordered a 'Amazon special' gaming chair that rated 4.7. But on its arrival and assembly turned out otherwise, with the hand crank and shaft barely working.
You’re not alone. I can’t use chat either. They will return my call, but chat has been unavailable. I believe Amazon is getting hit pretty hard with returns and dissatisfied customers. I also believe they’re getting desperate for more money. I had to request a callback at the time of this entry because my items were late AGAIN!

try to write to cs-reply@amazon.com, as per advices on first page of Google. Worked: some of an associate give me an email: ofm@amazon.com, i wrote there from email of banned account, and next day they replied to me that they had reset my account, so i need to set a new password. Hope it will help someone who will stuck with the same problem.
Amazon used to be such an easy going well handled customer service experience. I've been a prime member for over 8 yrs now and the past 2 years they have just progressively gotten worse. I've had several packages go missing over the years, they used to issue refunds without hesitation and also offer you free prime subscriptions and gift cards ...
On the second screenshot, click "something else," then on the next screen click "I need more help." That gets the chat box up for me. And, if you find the automated chat thingy doesn't get things resolved, just type "representative."
