Its normal to just Exit the App (best to use Exit Netflix) and not actually Sign out. Just to check open your Netflix App on your Q box and go to the Left Hand menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and scroll right and select Get help. On the Next screen you can see the email address associated with your Sky Netflix.

In my iphone 'Sky Go' app I cannot see anything specific regardin Netflix channels, and trying to log into Netflix (either on the phone or on a PC browser) they don't recognise my Sky email user/password.
I have recently got Sky Stream along with Netflix. I don't have TV. I am watching Sky TV using SkyGo on mobile and laptops. When I am logging into Netflix with Sky ID, it's saying unknown user. How I can login to Netflix using Sky ID? Can someone please help.
