Iron Lung is an upcoming American science fiction horror film written, directed, produced by, and starring Mark Fischbach in his feature directorial debut. It is an adaptation of the 2022 video game of the same name by David Szymanski.
The Iron Lung film is set to be the first theatrical film directed and produced by Fischbach, who will co-produce it alongside Will Hyde and Jeff Guerrero. The iron lung is a large horizontal cylinder designed to stimulate breathing in patients who have lost control of their respiratory muscles. The patient's head is exposed outside the cylinder, while the body is sealed inside. Air pressure inside the cylinder is cycled to facilitate inhalation and exhalation.

The last man to live in an iron lung, he contracted polio in 1952 at the age of six. Alexander earned a bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor at the University of Texas at Austin, and was admitted to the bar in 1986.
