No, but there are different links to support in different countries. PlayStation Support is the one you need. Bottom right, click online assistant. If it's giving you a "Back so soon" message then switch to a different browser and try again. Or google Playstation support USA number and call them.

When I enter my credentials to access Playstation live chat support it says I’m blocked. I’ve only used it once to obtain the Spiderman Platinum avatar and the first Persona 5 Royal theme pack. It went fine and the assistant was very kind and professional about it.

Click PlayStation online assistance, go through the dialogue as you are resetting your password. December 27, 2022, having the same problem. Except i found their support page. They have only one option: live chat support. And it's recommended. No other support numbers or emails available on their website. The Live Chat Support page doesn't load. Buggy as hell.
