Welcome to the State College Area School District, home of the Little Lions! We have 11 schools and the Delta Program, an alternative, democratic community for grades 6-12, with an annual enrollment of about 6,800 drawn from State College and five townships.
Calendar Committee. Each year, a calendar committee is charged with providing input to the district administration regarding the development of a proposed academic calendar. As per Board policy 803, "the Superintendent shall present a school calendar for Board consideration."

Welcome to State College Area High School home to the Little Lions. State High is a high-performing, comprehensive high school that has a robust course offering, including 63 advanced and AP electives, and 12 in-house Career and Technical Programs.
The registration deadline for the first day of school is August 16, 2024. After that, you can still register, but we will contact you directly about the details of enrollment. Documentation required at time of registration: Copy of birth certificate or passport. Immunization records.
