It’s defaulting to the Disney+ login for Hulu. As the people above have stated, and I can confirm, we have Hulu accounts through Hulu. What we need is the ability cancel the default login to Disney+ linked Hulu. Tonight, I’m watching Hulu using screen mirroring. If it’s an issue with the Hulu user interface, that’s still connected to Roku.

So, Hulu -- enjoy that $2 temp charge instead of the amount you would have received had this feature worked. Maybe in a couple of months, I'll use your website to subscribe to that Cinemax Add-on. Update: Hulu refunded both temp charges.
Disneyplus is asking for updated payment. i have updated my payment and still can't access Disney. i keep getting the same message. When i go into roku subscriptions it and Hulu are not listed. When i go into the main websites it shows I don't have an account with Hulu and Disney sends me back to the roku website.
I want to make a payment for the last charge that was declined because the card had expired. There doesn't appear to be a way to make a payment-much less make a payment for an invoice that wasn't paid due to a card expiration. HULU is giving me a short period to make a payment before my service is disconnected.
A better way to handle this might be to contact your debit card company and dispute the payment. If you can't access any payment info in your Roku account, this charge does sound fishy. If it were me, I'd dispute payment, then set up a payment plan directly with Hulu. Good luck! 🙂
Also, after updating your payment method, if you want to resubscribe to a channel through Roku, you can do it manually by following the steps below: If you've unsubscribed recently and you're billing period has not yet ended, or you've subscribed through The Roku Channel, go to Manage your subscriptions in your Roku account to resubscribe

Exact charge states: Roku for Hulu LLC. I do not have a Hulu channel and Hulu cannot find anything with my emails or credit card and I cannot figure out how to contact anyone at Roku. I show 0 purchase on my purchase history in Roku settings. I think I did a trial on Hulu but cannot figure out how to sign in and stop the charges.
