Locally owned and operated, Salt Springs Brewery is the passion project of 3 families and a community of support. All of our beer is brewed in-house with loving attention to detail. Our building is an historic, 123 year old church renovated into a microbrewery and restaurant.
Draft. A little salt goes a long way in this tart and refreshing Gose. Goes down easily, so easy Gose it. Traditional Bavarian style Oktoberfest beer. Aged for three months in Two James’ Catcher’s Rye barrels. Color of black velvet. Full bodied with notes of whiskey, chocolate, roasted flavor.
