Here are a couple not so small square ones. These are 31.5-mm x 40.5-mm excluding the crown and wear like a full-size 34-mm Seamaster. I have lots of other interesting square/oblong ones if anyone would like to see more. There are actually a large variety of Omega cased square and oblong watches from the 30s, 40s and 50s.
The Genève line was introduced in 1952 (some say '53), and, with the exception of the very low production Chronometres, sat at the top of OMEGA's model line of hand-wind watches throughout the 1950s. The cases featured elegantly chamfered lugs, and the indexes were made of gold.
The Omega Seamaster de Ville was a common presentation watch in the sixties, especially in the US. Many SMDV presentation watches can be found on eBay, sometimes featuring a custom dial in addition to the usual engraving on the back. Early SMDV models featuring only 'Seamaster' on the dial display the coat hanger 'S' in 'Seamaster'.

So currently pretty much all parts for these are available from Omega, but it's unclear how much longer this will be the case.
