Sky and Discovery+ don't seem to have an answer. I've even sent Discovery+ screenshots of what I'm having to do but all they have replied with is what's on their help page. As previously stated this has only been happening since Saturday and haven't had to do it since I initially made my account 8 months ago.
Im. also having this problem I've signed out and back I've turn sky off and back on and still no joy it comes on for a few seconds then goes back off I've tried to contact discovery plus and no answer on the chat. Yes Discovery+ is free which is included in your Sky Package which is the Standard subscription which includes sport shown on Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 only. It's there in black and white what's covered in the Standard option you get free with Sky and Football is not included. It also states that a TNT Sports subscription is required.
Unable to download and watch Discovery+ on my Sky Q box. I select the app from the apps menu, select get discovery+, confirm that I am ok with the terms and conditions and then get "We'll be back soon. Something went wrong, but we're working on this. Please try again later. MYSKY_2304". I try again later and get the same message!!
