By phone, call our Automated Customer Service line at 800.367.9444 and select the prompt to hear statuses of shipped orders. Statuses update as soon as your orders reach a new point in the shipping process. When in doubt, rely on the Estimated Delivery Date provided at the time the order is placed. If you think of the way QVC operates, you'll conclude that what you ask is impossible. International shipping is complicated with many possibilities for delays. They may contract for items to arrive on set dates but this doesn't always happen. If it does arrive, it may have to go to brief backorder.
Periodically I am not able to view the QVC website. It typically will be unavailable for 2+ days or so. I previously reported the problem to the Q customer service and was told they were unaware of any problem. Below is the message I receive. Does anyone know why this happens?
Re: Terminated account. Options. 09-07-2020 07:30 AM. @ Beckylo. No you cannot. When QVC 'terminates' an account, you can no longer purchase from them using any payment method. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

You can check your order history by logging into My Account on the website and selecting ‘Order status’ to view your recent orders. We also have our handy automated Quick Check line Freephone 0800 53 43 33, where you can hear a list of your recent orders. Re: QVC Account Summary - monthly. 11-09-2017 06:01 PM. I carry a QVC balance on EZpay, and I can check my balance by signing in to my account. But it sounds like you talking about a monthly statement in the mail. I don't receive any Account Summary. This is the first I've heard of it.
