I'm on a Mac, and I can't access it through the Mail app, nor through a web browser. I've cleared the cache, I've restarted both the app and the browsers and the computer, I've tried different browsers, as well as Incongito Window mode, with no luck.

I'm having the same problem. Classic Outlook keeps asking for login, won't accept the login and won't update inbox unless I close Outlook, reopen, respond to login request, when not accepted I cancel the request, then my inbox will update. My version is 2312 Build 160.17126.20132, 32 bit and is for personal usage.
