    MS stopped including Picture Manager in Office 2013. But is still a way to get it for free. Picture Manager has been included in a couple of free downloads that you can get. Then you do a "customize" installation and select to install only Picture Manager.

    Microsoft told me to download version 2010 of Share Point to get an newer version of Picture Manager. This did not work Computer was looking for version 2010 of Office.     Windows Picture Manager - takes far too long to load. I have Terabytes worth of images and need quick access to find images quickly and don't have time to wait for a program to reload every time I access it. Photo Gallery - same as above; I installed 2007 just so I could have Picture Manager, but it messes up my computer.
