It is the fifth longest state route in Ohio. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 42 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 6 in Sandusky, Ohio.
"ALDI is expected to resubmit plans for final approval in September and plans to begin construction in early 2024," said Port Orange Mayor Don Burnette. The project could get underway even sooner.
