However, we searched for a particular show (The Repair Shop) and couldn't find it but we did see it listed as available on the Discovery Plus via The Roku Channel. We couldn't find a way to log-in using our Discovery Plus app credentials and we couldn't play the show without starting a 7-day free trial which we don't need.
I tried clearing cache but couldn’t find option anywhere in the roku or discovery plus menu. Then I went to go back to the start of the app to cancel my subscription, I pressed cancel through a couple of the first prompts and then boom, the app opened and showed the channels within Discovery Plus.

Because Discoveryplus is a stand alone app ,and Roku controls all the discovery plus on the Roku app itself.i ran into the same thing with shudder ,on shudder through Roku you do not get the live channels,but on the stand alone shudder app you do,recently shudder combined all 3 of there live channels into one and raised there price a dollar a month,but on the Vizio smart tv thier shudder app ...
I signed up for Discovery Plus through my roku which works fine. However, I actually like watching things on my PC while I work. How can I watch Discovery Plus on my PC? The Roku Channel on PC doesn't seem to have it and I already tried going to the actual Discovery Plus website but it wouldn't take my Roku password.

Re: Discovery Plus app crashing. @weezy. Thanks for the post. Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
