I've seen restaurants charge hidden fees like "employee wellness" charges, not disclosed ahead of time mind you. Paying for stuff like that is fine, but you don't need to make the consumer aware of where a bucket of money is at in your accounting book. You wouldn't have a "building lease" fee, so stop pulling on my heart strings to justify more.

Atlanta has a genuinely great food culture, and a genuinely impressive "high class" food culture -- restaurants that do cater to that old Black money FD mentioned, and you aren't going to see videos of them plastered all over social media because that would devalue their brand. But Old Lady Gang ain't one of those restaurants (lol).

They don't want to try and compete with Taco Palenque, Taco Cabana, Taco Bueno, Taco Casa, and Rosa's (for fast casual).
