Hi thanks for the reply. -My windows 10 is home edition. -Netflix app 6.93.375.0 its up to date by the windows store. -the download arrow is totally missing. -I cant download either movies or series. -Yes is the same account that i use in my tablet and phone. -I havent made any mayor change in my computer, i only update the thing and no more.

It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.
