I am not 100% sure but I think if it drops bellow 3 that you are in some "trial" zone where you will be paying more as you are considered "riskier" for Facebook. The hacker spent around 900 dollars and then I regained access to the account with the help of Meta. They activated the account again, but now, 2 weeks later, they just disabled it for no reason. Just "unusual activity", verify your identify. Been in a review for 3 days and got an email from meta saying " We wouldn't verify your payment method".

Went through the same process. Never had Facebook before and wanted to use marketplace. Opened new account about a month ago and it stopped working correctly. Waited the 30 day period out to close it. Attempted to reopen/reboot the account and the AI required a new email address. Opened account and got denied access in a few hours.
