From Microsoft: Windows 11 in S mode is a version of Windows 11 that's streamlined for security and performance, while providing a familiar Windows experience.

Welcome to Amazon Forums. Safe Mode is a mode in which Windows loads only the bare minimum services and applications to start up and the windows installer doesn't work in safe mode.
