There is a map of Kanto with the title "World Map" (with no mention of the name "Kanto") in the English manuals of the Generation I games. Until the release of Pokémon Gold and Silver, Kanto's name was seen only once in the Japanese Generation I games: upon viewing the Town Map at Blue's house.
This map is suitable for Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Fire Red, Leaf Green, Heart Gold, and Soul Silver versions.
