i manged to connect my ps4 controller and everything is working fine and as intended. my problem is after i turn off my bluetooth dongle/controller (not useing it anytime soon or just turning off my pc) i wont be able to connect it again easily,i need to go to bluetooth setting>forget controller>add new devices>pair the controller again.

I have confirmed that my bluetooth is both present and on. All drivers appear to be up-to-date. Both devices I've tried have worked fine when plugged in directly via USB. I have also tried using a secondary USB bluetooth dongle but even with the newest driver manually installed I am still getting the following error:
-Look for Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter. Enable Bluetooth Support Service -Click Start, type services.msc and hit enter -Look for Bluetooth Support Service. -Set it to Automatic or Start. Restart your device and try to pair the controller again. If issue persist we will install the Bluetooth driver from the manufacturers website.
