How do I contact Minecraft support? My newly brought account, which is due to me missing the migration deadline, does not allow me to play multiplayer or realms. When I turn of my wifi, and play offline and then turn wifi on again, I can play multiplayer.
I contact Mojang support about this. There was a bit of back and forward and then they just closed my case. Mojang case ID 6324114. This seems like a strange way to treat your customers, especially one that was an initial pioneer of the game, purchasing it while it was still in beta.
Even though I marked the issue as solved in my original conversation, Minecraft support sent me an automated follow-up email and said this: "If you need further help, please feel welcome to reply back to this email in the next six days to reach our support team." Of course, I sent a reply saying that I still can't access my account.
And I have played it already. I wanted to play again today, I click the play button and I was told to choose my username. I already have a username. I tried typing in my old name but it is already taken. I don't want a new name, or loose all my worlds so how do I contact Minecraft support with this problem? Here the message:

how do i actually contact mojang support? i have issues migrating since I don't remember my security questions. trying to reset the questions does not seem to work either. I get the email to reset my questions. but when I enter the link. it asks me to TYPE IN the questions I am trying to reset because of a "new device"

Minecraft Support - Not even once. Let this be the lesson to never bother contacting Mojang support. They are the most unhelpful incompetent borecases I ever got to experience. They are worse than Steam Support when Steam Support was bad. Cause at least Steam support only had people not interested in working, instead of not listening.

It is important to select "Migration Support" as the question category and specify in the details section that you cannot begin the migration process because you cannot log in with your Mojang account on the Minecraft website.
