Created on March 20, 2020. Starz subscription. I've been attempting to cancel my Starz subscription for two months now to no avail. All of my attempts to resolve the issue have ended with me being led to links that offer no assistance whatsoever. I don't believe I have ever encountered worse customer service.

You will have to contact MS Support directly, they won't call you. . $70 is the cost of a yearly 365 Personal subscription. If you tried the "Office 365 Free Trial", and forgot to cancel it, it automagically rolls over to a subscription and you are billed.
