Hello. Recently my desktop background has been going black whenever i highlight thing and drag my curser across my desktop screen. I have a video attached showing it happening. The only fix i have found is by going into task manager and restarting file explorer, but that fix is only temporary because it happens a short while after doing that.

After having upgraded to Windows 10, I cannot change the desktop background. Every time I try to change it, the desktop background remains black. Also, when I look up for pictures on my computer, the folders are empty while there really are pictures. The same thing happens whether I select "Picture" or "Slideshow" as my background setting.
