Log in to DCI by navigating to acumen@dcisoftware.com and use the login credentials provided to you by Acumen a. If you receive an alert that you need to confirm your email, locate the email sent by the system called "Confirm your profile".
Web Portal. The web portal is an easy way to manage schedules and authorizations and locate information regarding employees and services. Activate Web Portal Access. After the DCI profile is created, the system will send an activation email to the address on the profile. Locate the activation email sent by support@dcisoftware.com
DCI Dashboard. Once logged in to the DCI web portal, the user will land on the dashboard. The main menu and submenu, defined below, will be the main points of navigation. Simply click on any of the menu tabs to drill down on the selected profile, module, or setting.
The DCI profile login page will open. Enter the updated login credentials (username/email and password) and select the blue Sign In button. Please note: Email addresses can be used in lieu of usernames in SP mode only.
