You are having a problem with one or more of your phone features. Phone features include such products and services as Caller ID, Call Waiting and 3-Way Calling.
Go to att.com/repair. Enter the Telephone Number associated with your problem. Select the product associated with your trouble ticket from the drop-down menu. Select Continue. Choose the Check Status option from the next page.
You can identify AT&T landline phones by looking for the words “AT&T” somewhere on the case, or by looking for the globe logo used by the company. Most landline phones will include a phone jack on the back so you can connect the system to a phone line in your building.
If you do not subscribe to a wire-maintenance plan and you determine the problem is in your location, you may be able to fix it yourself and avoid paying for a repair visit. If the problem is in your location, you may want to check your phone equipment to see if that is causing the problem.
