    Look for some online resources (e.g. here) if nothing else. Don't self-medicate (with actual medicine or alcohol). In the last couple of years I have been falling out of love with gaming, and I can't really find the reason for it. Even games that I enjoyed back then don't seem fun anymore either, it isn't just the new games that get released nowadays.
