I understand you'd like to remove the Freevee app from your device. To clarify, you're referring to the Fire Tablet? If so, this app comes preinstalled on the device and can’t be uninstalled. Close the Freevee or Prime Video app on your Fire TV Smart TV. Restart your Fire TV Smart TV. Install any updates that your device may have – such as app updates or software updates. Pause other Internet activity – especially if other devices are using the network at the same time. Check your Internet connection.
Go to Settings on your Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Select Applications. In Manage Installed Applications, select the app you are having trouble with. Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data. Once cleared, sync the Live TV sources with these steps: Open the Settings on your Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Select Live TV.
Select Country/Region Settings and then select Change. Update with the country you're currently located in and select Update. If the issue still persists, try clearing the cache and app data of the Prime Video app/Freevee app and make sure it is running on the latest version. I’d suggest to Select the Freevee app> In Opening Links> Don't open in this app. Then you go to the Browser Advanced Settings> In Site settings > Pop-ups>Turn off.
