Yeah, just put it into your Xbox one/series X disc drive and it will automatically download/install. It's called backwards compatibility, it's when the current generation Xbox can play games from previous generations, and this should be the list of every Xbox 360 game that will work on an Xbox One and Series X console.

While the Xbox one redeemed itself in that regard and I do love it. I still can’t pick it over the 360 because my favourite franchises really just struggled this gen. Halo 5 was disappointing, gears 5 was personally not my favourite and fable was no where to be seen

A home Xbox can access any of the games that the primary Xbox has access to. So, on the home Xbox, a secondary profile can start any game no problem.
Storage of PS5 can be extended using cheap, off-the-shelf NVMe. The Xbox Series X is really good, but imho the PS5 is still the slightly better console. Design-wise, I prefer the Series X over the PS5. 1.
