unless you don't care about ps5 games, theres little reason to invest in a ps4 at this point. if you want to play ps4 and ps5 games then it's a no brainer. get the ps5. Most games on the PlayStation 3 support trophies, which are earned by completing in game tasks. If one were to look closely at a larger image of any trophy -- from Bronze to Platinum -- in order, one can see the Square, Triangle, Circle, and Cross buttons from the traditional PlayStation controllers in the middle.
Best i can suggest is enter safe mode and try to reinstall the update. Many times the controller wants to be plugged to console if its giving you problems connecting with bluetooth. Rebuilding the database couldnt hurt either but people are split on if it helps. My console standardly wants to do it on its own anyway.
