The Benton Review is a weekly newspaper serving Benton, Jasper, Newton, Tippecanoe, Warren and White counties in Indiana. It began July 1875 as the Benton Democrat ; by 1902 it was bought by George Roby as the Benton Review , [2] and he combined it with the Fowler Leader in 1914. [3]

The Battle of Kenapacomaqua, also called the Battle of Old Town, [ 1] was a raid in 1791 by United States forces under the command of Lieutenant Colonel (later Brigadier General) James Wilkinson on the Miami ( Wea) town of Kenapacomaqua on the Eel River, approximately six miles upstream from present-day Logansport, Indiana.
