Based on experience, after I have submitted my application online I, received a call 5 business date later. I couldn't remember having an application reference number but I'm sure there should be one. 1 week later, I received an email that my card will be delivered via Air21 on a specific date.
Parang nangyari din ata sakin to. I applied for a supplementary card when I applied for a primary card online. I received the primary card, but when I checked on my BPI online account, the supplementary card is zero?. Does anyone encounter this when you applied online? You have to reapply it separately. Hindi sya kasama sa initial application.
