Good morning. Getting code O no source for Newsmax live. I can get recorded shows. Only started this morning.
Re: Newsmax live stream issues, wants me to subscribe again after paying full yr sub on Roku. I paid for a full year of Newsmax Plus on November 2, and I was able to watch it until November 23. Now when I sign in and click on a show to watch, it says I have been signed out and wants me to add a subscription for $4.99/month.
As of Jan. 24th (Monday) 2022, Roku appears to be blocking the Live Newsmax stream on Mondays only. This has been confirmed over multiple weeks by comparing to our other streaming devices in home (FireTV 4K sticks) and it has been found that ONLY ROKU devices block this app's stream (Newsmax) on Mondays.
On Friday Oct-2nd using Roku-Streaming-Stick+ I tried to access NewsMax-TV at 6:00PM Eastern (as I've done every weekday for the last several months) BUT the stream no longer works and the NewsMax-TV tile does not appear in the Live-TV grouping. Same problem on each of our 3 TVs.
I got a call-back yesterday from Newwsmax. They told me to. watch for a roku update on Nov. 2nd. (as of noon it still hasn't published. When it does, they say it will have a subscriber login for accessing the live cable channel. The annual subscription is less than 14 cents per day, so I'll gladly pay for it.

Within the popup menu, select “check for updates” and follow the prompt to update the app. Logging In to Start Streaming: Open the Newsmax app on your Roku device.
Streaming Newsmax Channel on Roku. The same we cannot watch Newmax through Roku TV live tv channel. We get in and a few minutes we get kicked out. It is aggravating. The only way I can watch Newsmax live is through Pluto live tv or Youtube live Newmax channel. I have had not had any complaints with Roku TV until this.
Until Newsmax releases such an update, you should be able to cast to your TV/Roku device, or even use a HDMI cable from your laptop to your TV (bypass Roku) and stream from the Newsmax website after login/signin to your new Newsmax+ account if you wish to stream LiveTV (the actual Newsmax+ stream, not the N2 stream).
On November 1, 2023, looks like Newsmax will be going behind a paywall. They will end their free streams on the various streaming LiveTV services like Roku and others. You can sign up for Newsmax+ for a free trial to continue watching on mobile/streaming devices through a standalone app. They will apparently offer Newsmax2 (N2) for streaming ...
