Applied for Menards Contractor Card with NO PG - TU Hard Pull. Just wanted to share our experience. We dropped off a paper app at the store yesterday and had an alert this AM of a hard pull on TU. This was the Contractor Card and we did NOT check or fill out the PG section. The pull was on my Wife's TU as her name was on this app.
Applied for Menards Contractor account---approved with 5k SL----I am a Sole prop, since 2010. Cap 1 Trade Credit requires all Sole props--even if over 3 years, to PG. I was unsure as I had [personal] BK Discharged 12/21---but have 30k auto loan and 2 CC with Cap 1--customer service rep says they take having the Cap 1 accounts in good standing ...

Menards Now Has Pre-Qual. So I checked Menards website for application for their credit card and found they have a Pre-Qual link. BONUS: I WAS PRE-APPROVED AND ULTIMATELY APPROVED WITH A $750 LIMIT🤘. Starting Score: 570. Current Score: 643. Goal Score: 800. Take the myFICO Fitness Challenge.

What does the Mernard's card offer? 2% rebate on Menard's purchases (If you shop during their 11% rebate sales you get the 2% on top of that!) or 0% for 6 months on purchases above $299 or 48 month financing at 3.99% on purchases over $1,500
Re: Menard's Big Card. My wife first received her card in JUN2014 for $3800. I received mine APR2015 for $5200. We have run almost $15000 through the card with home improvements, Christmas gifts and the like. We usually PIF before the statement cuts.
