On equity lines they have a new company, first american that will handle these. You must contact first american to get on their list.

    if I would sign a federal form, under oath, that said I was applying for a loan, let alone in joint credit, if I weren't. The 1003 is an Application for Credit.     3. Who would know the ropes better and have access to credit reports than a lender's employee so s/he could pick some unsuspecting notary with good credit--like me. 4. Loans are originated in 50 states, but all end up with same lender/office. Pick 1 notary a week from just 1 different state and you can go for a year without repeating.

That only applies to the bank the check is drawn on, and doesn't mean that other banks have to accept it for that long; if your bank or CU has a policy of not accepting checks more than 90 ...

    I was told the same thing by the broker today. It seems like Citibank has put all their eggs in 1 basket. A lot of loan companies use several title companies and signing agencies. I do a lot of Navy Federal Union and I have gotten calls from 3 different signing agencies to do them and now I am signed up directly with NFCU.
