The WF logo seems off (a little faded), the return address and phone number don’t belong to WF, and the reference/membership numbers seem a bit much. This limit on number of payments from non-Wells Fargo bank accounts apparently applies to Wells Fargo credit cards. The 15-month 0% APR period for my Wells Fargo Active Cash (got it in mid-July 2022 with the $200 signup bonus for $1,000 in spend which is now $500 in spend) ends Monday. I had a balance of about $1,400 on it as of a few days ago.
Chase is less shady than Wells Fargo imo. If you want physical locations and ATMs go with wells, else go with chase. Chase 1000 times over. I have both and its not even close. It doesn't meaningfully matter. You'll find stories about both of them doing awful things. I would say check your area for a local Credit Union.
