The Samsung cloud backup database and the Samsung cloud sync database are separate and use different methods for storing our data. If you haven't already tried open Samsung cloud, other synced data and look at the number of contact items synced. Open the Samsung contacts app, make sure you are in the Samsung account and delete 10 contacts.

If you signed into it from your phone, you can find it in phone settings -> Accounts and backup -> Manage accounts. Look for the one that says "Samsung account" under the email address. 22-09-202204:10 PM. Options. @Steve1956: On your Galaxy A21s, please swipe up from your Home Screen > Settings > Tap your profile at the top of the list of settings > Profile info > Email > Change, then enter an active email address that you can use to receive the verification emails.
If so, go ahead and follow these instructions: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Click on the account icon on the top right corner. 3. Click on "Profile info," and under "Account ID," you'll see your email address. Go ahead and change it to the correct one. I hope this helps.
