We have no clue about when or if Apple sells what models of iPhone on the Refurbished Store. Inventory changes all the time, so you'll need to keep checking if they don't currently have a model you want. We don't know when Apple might offer refurbished iPhone 14 or 15.....and Apple is not telling.....so you will need to keep checking.

There is no way for you or anyone at your local Apple Store to tell the difference. They do not use repaired failed quality control devices.

You should take the phone into an Apple-approved shop, or Apple store, and speak to them about a possible fix. Refurbished iPhone says the battery is not genuine. .
