    Like Brett has said here many times, the people who are actually doing well at companies like CRST, don't have a lot of time to comeonlinee and whine. Our last 2 loads of about 2200 miles each will be with the 6 month raise. That brings us with 6 months experience to 31 cents a mile. (We split the total miles).

    I'm a new driver at CRST Malone I'm lease purchasing the truck and I'm only been doing it a couple of weeks now. So I just wanted to post my experience and hope that some other CRST lease purchase drivers will post in and share their experiences as well. So far I have been making pretty good money and I'm pretty happy overall with the experience.

    I will hopefully be starting CRST school in August. And yes they do seem to get alot of negative feed back. And it mainly seems to come from the fact that they pay lower than most companies/ But people seem to forget, you are training for the job. So yes you should expect to get lower pay at first.
