Try going to the Disney plus website and select forgot password with your apple ID email. This allowed me to set the Disney plus password (even though I never set one in the first place as I signed up through my Apple TV). I hope this helps! (6) rq2. Level 1.
Ever since Summer this year, I couldnt log into Disney plus on any other devices than my PC. I mean I could, but it would show me this message.
